World Quilt and Textile Contest



Entry forms for the World Quilt and Textile are now available. Send email to Helen Marshall for details and forms. Entry date for slides is May 17th. The quilts will travel to four different venues in Michigan, New England,
Pennsylvania and California and will be returned mid November.
Wonderful prizes. Entry fee is NZ $25 plus $20 per quilt if your quilt is selected.

TO ENTER, SEND
1. Completed entry blank with a non-refundable entry fee of $25.00 NZ per
quilt. Make checks payable to Helen Marshall. If your quilt is selected
there is a $20 NZ fee for each quilt to cover return shipping that you
should enclose with the shipment of your quilt to your national coordinator.

2. A self addressed stamped envelope for each entry.

3. Two color slides (full view and close-up of the quilt). Identify each
slide with your name, title of quilt and arrow indicating top of image.
All slides are forwarded to the United States for jurying.

QUILT RETURN
Quilts will be returned via designated carrier only. Quilts will be insured
for $1,000 U.S. on return shipping. Quilts will be return shipped in
early November 2004.
