Call for entries
As part of the Auckland Festival of Photography, Creative Exposure is calling for photographers and the general public alike to submit photographs for Auckland City Photo Day. Anyone may submit an entry, but the photo must be taken on 12 June 2004 between midnight and midnight.
The theme for Auckland City Photo Day is 'Your Auckland', and entries should reflect and celebrate what Auckland means to you.
Auckland City Photo Day is part of Creative Exposure's Auckland Festival of Photography. The winning photographer will receive an Art Station photography class, valued at $190. The available classes are either 'Camera and Composition' or 'Black-and-White Photography and Darkroom Skills'. The photographer will also get his/her photograph published in the 27 June 2004 edition of City Scene.
The six best photos will be exhibited on the Auckland City website, and the 30 best will be exhibited at the Auckland City Library and Auckland City Civic foyer.
